Ali the Houseguest

I have some good news and bad news. First the bad news: We visited the house this past Saturday, but I didn't take any pictures. I don't know what came over me! I had my camera and was ready to snap away, but I was just so excited by the carpet and appliances, I was actually living in the moment instead of trying to capture it on film...errr digital card. (A rarity for me.)

The good news is that we went to the house the weekend before on Sunday the 10th with Ali and Jamie and I took some pictures then! The carpet wasn't in at that point and all the plastic was still covering the appliances, but it was fun nonetheless.

Again, Ali is a master with the camera. (Can you tell what impresses me?)

Michael climbed into our attic, got covered in insulation, and couldn't understand why his "legs were stinging." Hmmm....maybe no more shorts in the attic?

Jamie demonstrates how our non-upgraded door knobs work just as well as those fancy shmancy door handles.

In our next visit, we will be sure to get a close up of the oven. I will pay anyone who can tell us how to use it. Seriously, my mom couldn't even figure it out.
